| The approximately 500 square
feet of garage space is currently subdivided equally into a spacious
11x20ft work shop and similar parking space.
The equipment in this picture is connected though multiple coax
cables to satellite dishes, satellite receivers, test equipment, and
monitors.
Behind the equipment racks is a 4x11ft storage area. All the
telephone, Internet, and CATV connect in this area.

This space currently serves as a lab facility for
monitoring and evaluating voice, program audio, data, and video satellite
signals.
There is a work bench interconnected to a patch panel
in the monitoring rack.
On the opposite wall is a desk, PC, Scanners,
printer, fax, book cases etc.

| On the South end of the room is
a door to the kitchen patio and one into the garage leading to the kitchen
door. This area is currently occupied by file cabinets which hold
reference material.
Behind the monitoring equipment racks is the original garage door
which is still functional. This area can be left as it is or made into a
bonus room, storage, or garage area. This 220square feet is in addition
to the 2,300sq.ft. of the house.
