The rear of the property extends to the stand of tall trees
in the center. There are about 12 Avocado trees in the foreground. A well
with a 1000 gallons of storage waters the outdoor vegetation and pond. The
back deck is Treks. There is a deck cover shading the West third of the deck. |

The property extends to the road/trees in the mid foreground
and to the trees on the left. A large
garage and/or granny house could be put in the front area, subject to
zoning rules. It would be nearly invisible from the front of the house. The container, verily visible at the left, is 60ft long and 8ft high. |

The house is set back about 300ft on it's own
private knoll, about 150ft above the road. The knoll is terraced all
the way around the North West of the property at two levels. |
