used as a home office. It has a cozy fireplace and a large window area
looking out over the deck and avocado orchard. Both the Family Room and
the Living Room have high vaulted wood plank ceilings with decorative
beams. The windows extend all the way up to the ceil and the full length
of room, providing extra light. Adjustable venison blinds cover all the
windows. A track light system allows one to manage the light in various
areas of the room. The Family Room has a ceiling fan, 5 phone/fax lines,
and a Internet LAN connection. The wall outlet at the desk has its own
light switch at the entrance to the room. A light switch for the deck is
located to the right of the sliding glass doors which give convenient
access to the rear deck. An accordion door allows the Family room to be
closed off from the hallway. |
